Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING: Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process. Time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. 

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class by default, which varies between 5-8 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2-day shipping. We offer Free Shipping in the US for orders over $70.

RETURNS: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (exclusions apply). Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached. If buying a set or gift box, all items included must be returned and unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    These pants are outrageous!!

    I absolutely LOVE these pants. I had been eyeing them for a year before finally making a purchase. A good sale came along that made it worth trying them out. I wasn’t sure they were my style, but the first time I wore them I fell in love. They are so comfy, yet dressy enough for work. They have POCKETS!!!! I’m on the short side and typically don’t like cinched bottom pants - so these balloon over the hem for me, which makes them look like open bottom pants, which I love. I got SO. MANY. COMPLIMENTS on these pants. I am absolutely buying in another color.

    Comfortable and as described

    I love these pants and the personal touch on the label tag that have a picture and details of the artisan.

    As described. High quality and super comfortable.

    The order and delivery process was simple and the package arrived quickly .

    My only issue is that I ordered a large and I should have ordered a medium, as I’m right on the line between medium and large on the size chart. I am 5’’5” 140 lbs. Fit size 10 .

    I still love them .
