EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All Exchanges are subject to a $4.95 Exchange Fee which includes return shipping, restocking, shipping and processing service for the replacement item.

NOTE: An invoice for the Exchange Fee will be sent via email once the item you wish to exchange is received at Lotus and Luna. Your replacement item cannot be shipped until you pay this invoice. If this is unpaid for 30-days, the Exchange will be converted to a Return and subject to the policy below.

Exchange service is available for up to 30-days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges are only available for items received in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.

Exchanges are not available for discounted items or items marked Final Sale. Since discounted or Final Sale items are offered to make room for new styles, we are unable to re-stock these items for sale and cannot accept them back from our customers.

Free or promotional gifts cannot be exchanged.

RETURN POLICY

All Returns are subject to a $6.95 Return Fee which includes return shipping, restocking, and processing service for the returned item. This fee is deducted from the balance returned to our customers once the item is received and processed at Lotus and Luna.

Return service is available for up to 30-days from the date of purchase.

1) How long does it takes to receive my refund, replacement product, or store credit?

2-3 business days from the time received at Lotus and Luna.

 2) Do I need to pay shipping if returning or exchanging an item? 

Yes, shipping is included in the flat fees described above. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3) What if my item breaks or gets damaged, do you replace it?

We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Please contact us at customerservice@lotusandluna.com for these issues.
