SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class by default, which varies between 3-5 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2-day shipping. We offer Free Shipping in the US for orders over $70.
RETURNS: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (exclusions apply). Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached. If buying a set or gift box, all items included must be returned and unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RE:DO: If you opt-in for Re:do, you will be able to exchange or return items not listed FINAL SALE for store credit at no extra charge. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Loved the product, but sizing was off. I ordered a small and they were too big......order smaller and you'll be happy!
These pants exceeded my expectations. Super comfortable and sizing is spot on. I’m 5’4” 140 lbs and the petite S/M fits like a glove. The design is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. You can count on my living in these all spring & summer long. This was my first purchase Lotus and Luna and it won’t be my last.
These pants are very cute and soft. Perfect for a beach escape or even pajamas bottoms. And of course, pockets! My only complaint is I would need an xs petite so I had to shrink them as best as I could.
I didn’t like the fit at all or really the material and I can’t return them because they were sale items
I purchased the wide leg pants and the kimono for an upcoming cruise. Takes almost no space in the suitcase, resists wrinkles, cool for tropical weather and mix/match well with other clothes. Comfortable, casual and dressy all at the same time.
